His passion for photography started about 6 years ago when he purchased his
first digital camera. After using it for only a few days he realized he could
not put it down and a new passion for photography began. Learning through
magazines and the internet about how to capture images with artistic flair,
paying strict attention to detail and pushing the abilities of his camera many
times. It was not long before Osei gained enough confidence in his abilities as
a photographer. He than decided to enter photographic contests to put his
knowledge to the test. Armed with only a consumer camera he won his first
contest. This fueled an already starving appetite to go further in the field of
photography.
After attending The Toronto Camera Club he learned more about the fundamentals
of photography with more artistic flair. Paying strict attention to detail and
learning from some of Club ’s seasoned professionals Osei’s photos were no longer mere snapshots but art. Constantly pushing the envelope
of photography. Drawn from a background in art he is always looking for new and
exciting ideas to bring his photos to life.
